Conveyor belt strength standard
普通输送带执行GB7984-2001标准。
General conveyor belt shall comply with gb7984-2001 standard.
普通输送带：覆盖层：拉伸强度不小于15Mpa，扯断伸长度不小于350%，磨耗量≤200mm3；层间粘合强度纵向试样平均值布层间不小于3.2N/mm；覆盖胶与布层间不小于2.1N/mm；全厚度纵向扯断伸长率不小于10%；全厚度纵向参考力伸长率不大于1.5%。

尼龙（NN）、聚酯（EP）输送带：覆盖层：拉伸强度不小于15Mpa，扯断伸长度不小于350%，磨耗量≤200mm3,层间粘合强度纵向试样平均值布层间不小于4.5N/mm，覆盖胶与布层间不小于3.2N/mm,全厚度纵向扯断伸长率不小于10%，全厚度纵向参考力伸长率不大于4%，覆盖胶采用橡塑共混，骨架国标级别拉力强度系数，可以搭接成环形。
