一、硫化橡胶输送皮带的长短通常取输送机网络带宽的一大半,但也充分考虑传动带的整体长短,标准是带越长传动带连接头长短越多长,也要考虑到线柱高,线层越大,皮带接头的长度越长,每层一步。螺纹层的张力小于EP200。剩下后两层螺纹,比EP200的大。还剩一层线。硫化接头长度还要考虑接头硫化机的接头长度,硫化机边缘要留十公分空间,防止边缘温度不够。冷粘输送带接头长度比硫化接头略长5cm左右。

二、输送带接头的角度一般取30度左右,实际操作中上拐,取带宽长度的25%左右的长度差距如带宽是1m取25cm的斜度即可。一般根据硫化机的角度朝左边斜,冷粘接无所谓。
