阻燃输送带生产工艺
阻燃输送带生产 工艺流程:干燥→塑炼→合炼→混炼→停放→热炼→压延→成型→硫化→包装。与非尼龙骨架输送带有所不同,尼龙分层难燃输送带生产工艺硫化后要经过二次拉伸定型处理。二次拉伸定型主要有两种方法,一种是模内压力下冷却定型方法(以下简称模内定型),另一种是模外拉伸冷却定型方法(以下简称模外定型)。模内定型方法简单,定型效果好。但是采用这种方法定型能耗大,生产效率低。相比之下模外定型方法虽然须多一套拉伸装置,但是采用这种方法后产品质量可靠,生产效率高,适于大批量规模生产。

Unlike the non-nylon skeleton conveyor belt, the nylon laminated flame-retardant conveyor belt has to undergo secondary stretching and shaping after vulcanization. There are two main methods for secondary drawing, one is cooling setting method under in-die pressure (hereinafter referred to as in-die setting), the other is cooling setting method outside-die drawing (hereinafter referred to as out-of-die setting). The method of in-mold setting is simple and the effect of setting is good. However, the energy consumption and production efficiency of this method are high. In contrast, although a set of stretching device is needed for the die setting method, the product quality is reliable, the production efficiency is high, and it is suitable for mass production.
