1、 输送带在运输和贮存中，应保持清洁，避免阳光直射，雨雪浸淋，防止与酸 、 碱、油类，有机溶剂等影 响橡胶质量的物质接触，并距离发热装置1米以外。

6、 为减轻物料对胶带的冲击与磨损，给料方向应顺胶带的运行方向；物料下落到胶带上的落差应尽量减小；给料口应避开滚筒或托辊的正上方；胶 带受料段应缩短托辊间距 和采取缓冲措施。为防止 刮破胶带，挡料装置刮板清扫装置和卸料装置与胶带的接触 部 分应采用硬度适宜的橡胶板，不要采用夹有布层的胶带头。
