贴胶主要起着增加覆盖胶与骨架材料之间粘合,避免覆盖层起泡的作用,因而在材料配方设计上要优先考虑其粘合性能.合适的粘合剂搭配对粘合性能的提高尤为重要,比较经典的粘合体系为间甲白粘合体系,间苯二酚与亚甲基给予体在高温条件下硫化交联形成酚醛树脂的体型网状结构,以增加界面间的结合强度.但是,当其含量达到一定程度后,再增加粘合剂部分的作用已不大.要想进一步提高粘合强度,必须从其他途径来考虑.本文通过对大量新型粘合增进剂的收集,发现PL一600粘合剂通过接枝技术为分子带来高的极性,降低了共混组分界面张力,提高分散相在混炼过程中的混合均匀性,减少相畴尺寸,提高相间粘着力,保持共混体系相态稳定,使之在整个加工和使用过程中不发生宏观的相分离.为了进一步探究PL一600粘合剂的添加对贴胶性能的影响,本文制作了两种试样,一种在贴胶配方中不加人PL一600粘合剂,另外一种在其中加入3份PL一600粘合剂,图4给出了这两种试样的粘合界面的对比图.从图4中可见,在贴胶配方中加入3份PL一600粘合剂的试样,剥离界面凸凹不平,这表明覆盖胶与贴胶间的接触非常牢固.分析认为,由于PL一600中的马来酸酐单体因带有可反应的双键基团和极性较强的羧酸酐基团.这两种基团在自由基的作用下不易自聚,是活性的官能团,这为整个化合物带来了高极性,从而对不同物质界面间的粘合起到很好的补助作用,获得了良好静态及动态粘合性能.

In order to further explore the PL a 600 adhesive added to stick adhesive performance influence, this article made two kinds of sample, a stick glue formula without people in the PL, 600 glue, found in one join in 3 PL, 600 glue, figure 4 shows the interface of two samples of contrast figure. It can be seen from FIG. 4 that three samples of PL 1 600 adhesive were added to the adhesive formulation, and the dissection of the stripping interface showed that the contact between the adhesive and adhesive was very strong. Analysis thinks, because a 600 maleic anhydride monomer in the PL with can response the double bond of groups and polarity strong carboxylic acid anhydride groups. The two groups in the role of free radicals and the not easily, is the activity of functional groups, which brought the whole compound high polarity, and different material interface adhesion between subsidies have very good effect, obtained the good static and dynamic adhesion performance.
