耐热输送带纵向水波纹的原因及解决办法

解决办法:(1)生产时的输送带宽度要小于成品的宽度,尽量宽度保持在成品宽度的99%左右;(2)硫化时,模的宽度应适当放宽,如硫化宽度为 1000mm的输送带时,模的宽度可以适当放宽为原来的1010±5mm;(3)适当加大硫化时的压力,一般增加2.5-3mpa左右;(4)生带硫化时拉伸不宜过大,以1%-2%为宜,视帆布热收缩率大小而定;(5)适当加大尼龙布、EP布的贴胶厚度。作为耐热输送带,贴胶厚度要比普通输送带稍微厚些,这不但可以防止外观质量缺陷的出现,还可以增加层间粘合力,特别是在高温运行的EP芯带中,EP帆布如果贴胶厚度不够,在运行过程中往往容易造成胶与布或布与布脱层。而尼龙芯和帆布芯则由于芯层硬度小,柔软,则很少出现这种情况。
